Choosing what you prefer is a personal decision, and we don’t claim Bagus has a superior Green Maeng Da. However, we pride ourselves on sourcing our mitragyna speciosa directly from Kalimantan, Indonesia. Our farmers carefully curate a higher potency of mitragyna speciosa, along with the right balance of stem and vein, ensuring the ideal full-body and mind-enhancing effects.

Naturally occurring in water and soil, heavy metals can be absorbed by mitragyna speciosa plant roots along with other nutrients. Our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure compliance with regulations and our internal standards. You can find our test results on the back of each product QR code.

Yes, Bagus Botanicals’ mitragyna speciosa are ultimately packaged in the USA. We import raw leaf powder directly, conduct testing, and process them for manufacturing in California.  

FAQ - Shipment Questions

Delivery

Yes. As of November 2023 we decided to take on the cost of shipping for orders within the US. Shipping is subject to some States and Counties that still have abandoned on kratom. 

As long as you process your order by 2pm PST we will launch your product the same day. Shipping time varies from 3-5 days. 

All our orders are shipped via ground select or first class mail. Currently, we are not offering expedited shipping. If you urgently require a shipment of Bagus Botanicals, we ask you to email us as hello@bagusbotanicals.com

For order changes or cancellations, email us at hello@bagusbotanicals.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes depend on whether the order has been shipped. We’ll honor requests if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original date the order was placed. Returns must be authorized before they can be accepted. Final disposition of returned goods will be made only after receipt and may take up to 3 business days from the date of receipt. Common reasons that returns may be accepted include, but are not limited to, product quality and physical damage. The customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping at the discretion of BagusBotanicals.com. Returns that are accepted will be refunded in full, including the cost of shipping.

Bagus Botanicals accepts payments through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Additionally, we provide payment options via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that we do not store or have access to your card information. We do not accept checks, money orders, gift cards, or link routing numbers to your account.
