We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 30-day return window.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. No questions asked.
To qualify for a return or refund:
You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Email our support team at support@bagusbotanicals.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company. Processing times vary.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at the support email above.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
